The You(th) And Business 3.0
The You(th) and Business 3.0 project was much more than just another training session—it became a dynamic platform for development for youth workers who aimed to inspire young people to take action and embrace entrepreneurship. This program particularly focused on youth workers from remote areas, helping them support young people with fewer opportunities and prepare them for professional growth and starting their own business initiatives.
As part of the project, which brought together 28 youth workers from 7 countries, inspiring workshops and meetings took place, aimed at stimulating creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Participants gained not only new skills but also knowledge on how to support young people in developing their own initiatives and contributing to the growth of their local communities.
During a seven-day stay in Rzeszów, youth workers had the opportunity to delve into entrepreneurship topics, realising their crucial role in fostering private initiatives among young people. Thanks to this, they gained tools that helped them support youth development in their home communities.
The next key stage of the project was a five-day study visit in Seinajoki, Finland. Participants had the chance to visit local businesses, educational centres, and a school known for its tradition of entrepreneurship, as well as meet with local experts during the Study Tour sessions. It was a unique experience that allowed them to understand the importance of connecting education with practical business support.
This project, co-financed under the Erasmus+ program, helped create a network of contacts and international cooperation, which has the potential to bring long-lasting effects in building entrepreneurial youth communities.
