Coordinating Volunteer Activities for Entities and Organizations

We actively work with various organizations to carry out projects. These projects involve volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps, encouraging them to contribute their skills and efforts within your institutions.

If you:

  • manage a public institution or a non-governmental organization,
  • don’t have much time, desire, or ability to handle tasks such as writing applications, recruiting, coordinating and settling projects, writing reports,
  • have a place, team, and ideas for the scope of duties for a foreign volunteer and want to create a workplace for them,

we invite you to get in touch!

Collaborating with our organization in project implementation is entirely free. We do not charge any fees for writing applications or coordinating the program. As an organization with several years of experience in implementing projects of the European Solidarity Corps (formerly European Voluntary Service under Erasmus Plus), we can support you at every stage of participation in the program – from obtaining the necessary Quality Label for your institution, through writing funding applications, finding the right volunteer, paying their pocket money, finding accommodation, to administering and settling the project.

On your part, the main responsibility is organizing the volunteer’s daily work, introducing them to their duties, and supporting them on a daily basis. Volunteers can work with you for several months, up to a year – it depends on your needs and further arrangements.

If you’re wondering what hosting volunteers looks like in practice and why it’s worthwhile, we encourage you to contact the Art Exhibitions Office (BWA) in Krosno, which has been hosting volunteers in cooperation with us since 2022.
