Youth In Tune: A Melodic Journey of Creativity and Collaboration

From the 2nd to 9th of December 2017, Rzeszów, Poland, became the stage for the “Youth in Tune” project, where 27 young people from five different countries came together for an unforgettable experience. Their mission? To form a complete production crew, including a music band, a scenography team, and a video and IT processing team—all while exploring their creativity and collaborating on a shared goal.

Creating More Than Just Music

These young participants didn’t stop at forming a band—they also set up a makeshift photo studio and immersed themselves in hands-on workshops. They visited the Polski Radio station to gain insights into the world of broadcasting and participated in photography and video-making workshops. Beyond technical skills, they learned the art of teamwork: how to communicate effectively, resolve misunderstandings, and appreciate each other’s skills and company.

A Deeper Impact

Through this youth exchange, participants gained more than just musical experience. They learned about the many benefits of participating in international projects and were encouraged to develop their own initiatives. We hope these young people will continue to be socially active, knowing they are “not alone” and can make a difference in their communities.

A Lasting Legacy

As part of this project, the group produced an original song and video. You can watch and download the video below—it’s free to use and we hope it becomes an educational tool and a source of inspiration for other youth projects and activities.
