Exploring Innovation and Culture: VET IT and Environmental Protection Team

Recently, we hosted a group of students from Veszprémi Szakképzési Centrum Ipari Technikum from Hungary. Their mission was to immerse themselves in the Erasmus+ internship program in Rzeszów. We assure you the experience was anything but conventional.

Picture this: a group of beautiful minds exploring chemistry and robotics at the Subcarpathian Center of Science in Rzeszów (Podkarpackie Centrum Nauki “Łukasiewicz”). Meanwhile, another team embarked on the programming skills and created a WordPress-based website at Urban Lab in Rzeszów – a perfect fusion of innovation and hands-on learning.

But our days weren’t limited to work. In the afternoons, our entire group dedicated time to developing their English through language workshops, skillfully facilitated by our dedicated long-term volunteers. And because we believe in a comprehensive experience, we also explored regional treasures such as Rzeszowskie Piwnice and the Castle in Łańcut.

To our incredible participants, a sincere thank you for injecting your energy and enthusiasm into our community. Your time with us was truly invaluable.

Quick side note for the curious minds: VET is the acronym for the vocational education and training project, all neatly organised under the Erasmus+ program. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates – we’re just getting started!
