FutureMinds: AI for a Better Tomorrow
We’ve just wrapped up an inspiring Erasmus+ youth exchange at INPRO called “FutureMinds: AI for a Better Tomorrow”—a project focused on exploring the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The exchange brought together 20 young people from Hungary, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Poland for a week of learning, creativity, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Over the course of five days, participants not only deepened their understanding of AI but also reflected on the challenges in their own communities and developed ideas for using technology in innovative and meaningful ways.

Day 1: Welcome & Discovering Rzeszów
We kicked off the program with icebreakers and team-building activities, giving participants the chance to get to know one another and start building a sense of community. For many, it was their first time in Rzeszów, so we took the opportunity to explore the city together. The walking tour introduced participants to the architecture, landmarks, and atmosphere of the place that would be their home for the week.
Day 2: Introduction to AI and Local Challenges

The second day focused on the basics of AI: what it is, how it works, and where we encounter it in everyday life. Through discussions and interactive sessions, participants also identified key challenges in their communities, such as education gaps, environmental issues, or healthcare limitations, and explored how AI could potentially address these problems.
A key part of the day was a conversation on AI ethics, where we discussed important topics like algorithmic bias, data privacy, and the risks of overdependence on machines. The group also collaborated on building a prompt bank—a practical collection of instructions and ideas to help others use AI tools more effectively and thoughtfully.

Day 3: Exploring AI Tools and Risks
Day three was dedicated to diving deeper into AI applications. Participants experimented with various AI tools, learning how they function and how to use them in real life. We held open discussions on both the advantages and the potential risks of AI, ranging from misinformation and job automation to digital security and trust in technology.
It was a powerful session that encouraged critical thinking and responsible use of technology.

Day 4: Creative Scenarios with AI & Museum Visit
This day brought a burst of creativity. Working in teams, participants developed five imaginative scenarios using AI tools and brought them to life through short theatrical performances. The goal was not just to explore AI creatively, but to strengthen collaboration, storytelling, and presentation skills.
In the afternoon, we visited the Rzeszów Cellars, offering participants a chance to connect with the city’s history and heritage. It was a perfect blend of innovation, culture, and fun.
Day 5: AI + Erasmus+ Opportunities
On the final day, we looked at how AI can support young people in pursuing opportunities within the Erasmus+ program. From crafting stronger motivation letters to searching for projects more efficiently, participants learned how to use AI as a tool to enhance their mobility experience.
The program concluded with a reflective session where participants shared their insights, takeaways, and how they plan to apply what they’ve learned in their personal, academic, or professional lives.
This youth exchange was more than just a learning experience, it was a platform for dialogue, innovation, and building bridges across cultures. It showed us that when young people are equipped with knowledge and curiosity, and when they approach technology with a sense of purpose, they can shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
This project was made possible with the financial support of the European Union through the Erasmus+ program.
