Connect, Collaborate, Inspire: Seminar for Youth Networking
At the end of July 2023, eighteen youth workers convened from four different countries, creating a richness of cultures and experiences here in Rzeszów. Partnerships flourished with organizations from Hungary, Georgia, Poland and Ukraine, as the networking seminar aimed to foster collaboration and innovation in the youth sector under the Erasmus+ project.
Participants, arriving on July 16th and departing on July 22nd, engaged in a five-day program that started on Monday morning and concluded on Friday afternoon. Throughout, they delved into workshops exploring the roles of NGOs, creating imaginable ones, participated in integrative activities, and engaged in dynamic discussions on empowering future leaders with the knowledge and skills to shape their communities positively.
Collaborating with them, we delved into the inner workings of NGOs, exploring their profound impact on our daily lives, particularly among the youth in Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, and Georgia. Through a comprehensive analysis of youth engagement initiatives, we embarked on the task of forming our NGOs in group settings. Was it challenging? Yes, but it fostered creativity and fruitful collaboration, enhancing our networking skills.
Following a cultural excursion to Łańcut Castle on Thursday, we reconvened in the INPRO training room, where each participant generously shared their unique insights and experiences in youth work. Some, still pursuing their studies at university, offered compelling narratives and perspectives.

“It was an incredible experience to connect with like-minded individuals from across the globe. The energy and passion in the room were palpable,” remarked Vanessza, a participant from Hungary.
Daniella, a youth educator from Ukraine, shared, “The seminar provided a fertile ground for collaboration. I left feeling inspired and equipped with new perspectives to enrich my work back home in Uzhhorod.”
Reflecting on the event, Mariam from Georgia expressed, “I not only learned from the workshops but also from the diverse backgrounds of my fellow participants. The bonds forged here will undoubtedly endure beyond the seminar.”
The seminar wasn’t just a gathering; it was a project for change, a place where ideas converged and friendships blossomed.
The project is financed by Erasmus+. If you want to learn more about INPRO’s programs, follow our social media channels or check our website constantly: https://www.goinpro.org/.
