Connecting Minds, Creating Impact: Erasmus+ Networking Seminar
In mid-February, INPRO hosted an Erasmus+ networking seminar, bringing together youth workers from different countries in Rzeszów. The week was full of bright moments and diverse cultures, making it a productive and valuable experience for all. The activities took place at Urban Lab.

On the first day, participants took part in activities to help them get to know each other and their surroundings. They played games and participated in interactive sessions that helped them connect. As the week progressed, participants learned more about Ukrainian, Polish, and Hungarian cultures, enjoying fresh perspectives and new beginnings.
The second day focused on discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative activities. Participants were thinking about the possible solutions to the difficulties of the communities. Youth workers shared ideas and experiences with creativity and motivation. We had an opportunity to see their theatrical performances. They were so motivated as they listened to each other’s insights.

Wednesday marked the middle of the week. Participants reflected on their experiences and worked on creating their NGOs. It was a day full of innovation, with youth workers showing their skills, experience, and positive attitudes. In the evening, they attended a local event, “Open Cafe” in Urban Lab, to see youth participation in action.
Participants also visited the 17th-century Łańcut castle, where they admired its beautiful sculptures, paintings, and historical artefacts. The evening was dedicated to networking, giving youth workers the chance to share the ups and downs of their daily work and build stronger connections.

The final day came quickly. The air was filled with nostalgia for the past week, but participants also enjoyed a day of reflection. They looked back on their progress and appreciated the value of their experiences. Each day added to the rich and dynamic narrative of volunteer life, making it a memorable and fulfilling week.
This seminar not only deepened participants’ understanding of different cultures but also created lasting connections among individuals from diverse backgrounds. If you want to learn more about INPRO’s programs, follow our social media channels or visit our website: INPRO.
