Under the Same Sky
Young members of partner organizations aged 16-25 took part in the project called “Under the Same Sky” during 7 – 11 November 2022. They were coming from 3 different countries: Hungary, Ukraine and Poland.
They had a 5-day program with us and spent an amazing time here in Rzeszów. The main topics of the YE were the discussion and understanding of the cultural differences, along with finding common heritage in each other’s culture. During the exchange, participants discussed and listed the main problems that young people all over Europe and the world face nowadays.
The participants had a trip to the castle in Łańcut, participated in National Independence Day celebrations, and, of course, attended our Open Café, where they had discussions about music.
At the end of the youth exchange, participants were challenged to find and discuss the stereotypes they have about each other’s countries. After having a brief brainstorming, they continued with making shifting debates to break every stereotype they have about each other. We believe that they will use the knowledge they gained during those days as a best practice example and as a source of inspiration for their own future.

The programme ended with participants discovering everything about other youth opportunities and having an evaluation and goodbyes along with an intercultural evening. In the end, every participant received an official European certification – YouthPass.
Huge thanks to our partners and leaders, who cooperated and supported us during the whole exchange:
- I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Henryka Sienkiewicza w Łańcucie,
- Mustárház IITI,
- Uzhhorod National University.
The project is financed by Erasmus+.
