Eurodesk

Eurodesk is a Europe-wide network that helps young people discover opportunities for mobility, volunteering and education across Europe. Active in over 30 countries, it is one of the most reliable sources of information about international programmes — from Erasmus+ to local youth initiatives. As a local Eurodesk point in Rzeszów, we are part of this network and support young people, educators and organisations in navigating available opportunities.

People come to our office to learn how to join a youth exchange, participate in a training course abroad, start a European volunteering experience or simply understand which programmes are currently open to them. We help them find accurate information, explain how different programmes work and guide them through the first steps — turning ideas into real plans.

Eurodesk also provides up-to-date opportunity databases, project search engines, youth newsletters and consultations for teachers and youth workers. We believe that young people from the Podkarpackie region should have the same access to European opportunities as their peers in larger cities. That is why we regularly organise information meetings, school sessions and individual consultations.

If you are looking for a project abroad, want to know which programmes are currently open, or simply need guidance on where to begin — get in touch with us and visit www.eurodesk.pl. We are here to help young people explore Europe with confidence and make informed decisions about their future.

Okay, this is the day. You sit down in front of your laptop, take a deep breath and… you have absolutely no idea what to do next. Where do you even start? Everyone says there are so many opportunities for young people — exchanges, volunteering, trainings, projects abroad — but how do you actually find them? How do you avoid drowning in the internet? And most importantly: how do you know what you can trust?

If this sounds familiar, here’s one thing you should know: you’re definitely not alone. Anyone who has ever thought about going abroad has reached this point sooner or later. And this is exactly where Eurodesk comes in — a place that exists so you don’t have to take that first step on your own. It’s not another “Top 10 opportunities for 2025” list. It’s a network of real people who help you navigate the process — from the first idea, through gathering information, all the way to making a decision and actually leaving.

Eurodesk is like your trusted guide to European educational opportunities. The people behind it understand what it feels like to be young and wanting to explore the world — because they support young people every single day. They explain what’s realistic, what different programmes actually involve, how European volunteering works, where to find youth exchanges, and how to get started when you feel like “you don’t even know what you don’t know.” And they do it without judgement and without complicated jargon.

And we, INPRO, are one of the local points in this network. Which means you can simply write to us, call us, or drop by and say: “Hey, I want to do something abroad, but I don’t know where to begin.” And that’s already enough. Together, we’ll find a direction that makes sense for you. We’ll explain what’s possible, what might fit you best, what to expect and where to look for support.

But if you prefer doing your own research first — that’s absolutely fine too. In that case, the best place to start is with two websites that really matter: eurodesk.pl and the European Youth Portal. These are reliable sources that don’t sell empty promises, but provide real opportunities and clear guidance on how to access them.

Because going abroad isn’t a magic switch — it’s a process. And every process starts with one small decision: “Okay, I’ll check this out.” So if you feel like you want more — new countries, new experiences, new people, new ideas — maybe this is the moment when that first door opens.

And seriously, you don’t have to do it alone. That’s what we’re here for. :)
