The You(th) and Business 3.0 project was much more than just another training course — it became a dynamic platform for development for youth workers who want to inspire young people to take initiative and develop entrepreneurial mindsets. The program particularly focused on youth workers from more remote areas, supporting them in working with young people with fewer opportunities and helping prepare them for professional development and the creation of their own business initiatives.
As part of the project, 28 youth leaders from 7 countries took part in inspiring workshops and meetings designed to stimulate creativity and strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship. Participants gained not only new skills but also practical knowledge on how to support young people in developing their own ideas and initiatives, while contributing to the growth of their local communities.
During the seven-day training in Rzeszów, youth workers explored various aspects of entrepreneurship and reflected on their important role in encouraging young people to take initiative. Through interactive activities and shared experiences, they gained valuable tools and methods that will help them better support youth development in their home communities.
Another key element of the project was a five-day study visit to Seinäjoki, Finland. Participants had the opportunity to visit local businesses, educational centres, and a school well known for its strong focus on entrepreneurship education. They also met with local experts during a special Study Tour session, gaining insight into how education can be effectively combined with practical business support.
The project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, helped create an international network of cooperation and partnerships that has the potential to bring long-term impact in building entrepreneurial mindsets among young people and strengthening youth communities across Europe.
