Who We Are

We are an organisation founded in 2014 in Rzeszów by an international group of friends brought together by their experience in the non-profit sector, volunteer work and a shared belief that cultural diversity brings real value to education and social life. From the very beginning, we have been creating a space where young people, educators and local communities can meet, collaborate and learn from one another.

We believe in education based on experience. We believe that a meaningful conversation, a shared project, an exchange of perspectives, or even a week spent with someone from another country can open minds more effectively than many traditional lessons. Our mission is to support young people and youth workers in developing social, language and intercultural competences — empowering them to engage with the world more confidently and to build more open communities.

Over the past decade, we have built a stable and professional organisation delivering high-quality international mobility projects. We hold Erasmus+ accreditation in the Youth sector, the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label, and we are part of the Eurodesk network. We cooperate with over 50 schools in the Podkarpackie region, delivering hundreds of hours of intercultural workshops each year and supporting teachers and educators in developing their professional competences.

Every year, our projects bring hundreds of participants from across Europe to Rzeszów — young people and educators taking part in exchanges, seminars, training courses, volunteering programmes and VET mobility projects. We work with both local and international youth, and one of our core strengths lies in connecting these communities through meaningful shared educational experiences.

We do not see these numbers as a goal in themselves, but rather as confirmation that our work makes sense — that we are a trustworthy organisation consistently building a space that fosters growth, cooperation and dialogue across borders.

We create INPRO with the intention of offering young people and educators experiences that stay with them long after the project ends. And every day, we do our best to make that happen.
