SANITARY REGINE INFO: The event is organized in accordance with current sanitary restrictions. It is mandatory to wear a mask during the event. In Urban Lab, following the rule of 1 non-vaccinated person per 15m2, there are only 9 non-vaccinated people allowed to participate in the event at the same time. This rule does not apply to vaccinated participants as long as they present their “green pass” proving being vaccinated against COVID-19. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Youth Festival “Time to Move” is a regular event initiated by groups of international volunteers of INPRO who come to Rzeszów under the European Solidarity Corps program. The festival is an opportunity for people living in Rzeszow to learn more about European youth programs such as Erasmus Plus and ESC, discover different cultures, break down language barriers, stereotypes and just spend a good afternoon.
