We are looking for a person for the position of
Coordinator of youth projects – soft skills trainer
Responsibilities:
coordinating the ongoing projects of the association, including youth exchanges, international training, foreign internship programs and European voluntary service conducting educational workshops based on interactive methods of working in a group, in particular on the subject of developing soft and intercultural competencesWe are looking for a person with:
fluent knowledge of the Polish language, including good writing skills very good command of the English language high interpersonal competencies and personal culture knowledge and skills to work based on non-formal education methods versatility, ability to learn, independence and critical thinking openness to diversity and the ability to work in an international environment, interest in socio-cultural topics the ability to come out with your own ideas readiness to participate in training courses knowledge of the Erasmus Plus and European Solidarity Corps programs is welcome education in psychology, cultural, sociological studies or similar is also welcomeWe offer:
full-time job in the centre of Rzeszów
salary 4,000 – 5,000 PLN gross, depending on the candidate’s experience
