Who am I – Eng
At the turn of September and November 2019, we were realizing “Who Am I? – discover your strengths” personal development workshops.
The workshops were addressed to youth aged 16-19 from secondary schools in Rzeszów.
The participants:
- met new people,
- learned to effectively establish and maintain peer relationships,
- got to know their strengths and learned to use them,
- got to know their emotions and learned to deal with them better,
- found new ways to better “get along” with their parent/s,
- learned about relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
The workshops were conducted in a friendly, safe and creative atmosphere we created together!
In total, more than 50 young people took part in the workshops.
