A3 – Team three

Time’s up! Team up! – the third volunteering team

Hi, My name is Giorgi. I am 23 years old and I am from Georgia. I was born in Tbilisi capital city of Georgia.

I am currently studying at university at information technology. I like meeting new people and making friends. I also like traveling around the world. I love spending time with my friends, playing some games and making some fun things together. I love animals without any differences but my favorite is dogs because I think they are one of the best friends for humans. It’s my first time in Poland. I am a volunteer in INPRO.

It’s some new thing for me and I think it will help me improve myself, with additional skills. my hobbies are driving a car, playing some games, spending time with my friends, listening to music and making something new for me. This project already gives me too much like friends from different cities. I already knew some different cultures and it’s so interesting and important for me because every culture has a different charm.

Hi, I’m Nino 22 years old from Sakartvelo 🇬🇪(Georgia). I was born in a small city in Gori and live in a village near it. This year I graduated from university. I want to continue my master’s degree. However, I don’t know where.

My interests are changing really fast, that’s why I love challenges and trying new things, places.

Now I’m here to develop myself, spend a great time, meet new people, visit amazing places and get new information.

I hope this project and experience would be better than I can imagine.

Hello! My name is Francesca, I am 22 years old and I am from Rome, Italy. Right after high school, I moved to Denmark for my university studies, and last June I graduated with a BA in International Studies and Cultural Encounters. During my university career, I specialized in linguistic and cultural analysis methodologies in relation to multicultural encounter issues, as well as gained knowledge on political-economic and sociological aspects of international and EU development. I’m currently in my gap year and that is why I decided to take part in the Time’s Up! Team Up! program: to apply my theoretical knowledge and skills to a concrete project, while at the same time volunteering and providing benefits for the local community of Rzeszów.

I love traveling and getting in touch with different cultures and traditions, as well as being surrounded by multicultural environments, from which I can learn a lot, better challenge myself, and get out of my comfort zone. Getting to know people from all over the world is priceless; it doubtless contributes to both personal and professional growth in every aspect! So, if diversity and inclusivity are your things, then, apply for this project and join with a positive mood and a proactive attitude! 🙂

Hej! I am  Meruyert, 21 years old. I was born in Aktau, which is small and nice with historical importance,  in the west part of Kazakhstan. Recently I finished my bachelor’s in Aviation Management in Poland.

Being abroad in an intercultural community I believe that every culture, nation, traditions, and beliefs are unique and I am curious to explore them. Also, I learned more about myself by going through different challenges and opportunities. When I started my first Team Project this year, after I had Erasmus+ projects I met a lot of friends all around the world and in my belief, every person comes to teach something.

I am interested in Psychology, Self-Development, and Management. As a creative person I enjoy creating something, it can be painting, organizing, making jewelry, or even doing workshops. I am Libra and all the time I am looking for harmony, balance everywhere. Being a libra helps me adapt easily and negotiate with people, I can easily try getting along with them. People make life better, especially open-minded, bright, ambitious, and free. INPRO is the right place to meet them 😉

Hi, I am Agnese. I’m 24 years old, I come from a small and nice city in the center of Italy, called Pescara. It is a coastal town, facing the Adriatic Sea, and I believe this is something that shaped my identity: water is my element, I really love being by the sea, I love sailing and I also have a diving license. I chose to study in the field of international relations and human rights, and now I am attending a master’s degree in European studies. I am an introverted person and I enjoy very much spending time alone and doing my things (my favorite hobbies are reading, writing, and listening to music), but at the same time I feel the need to be part of something bigger than just myself and my life, and that’s why i chose to approach the world of volunteering. I did volunteer during my teenage years as a scout, but then I stopped. Last year I started to think about this again and I worked as a volunteer in a refugee camp for women in my city, and it was a very stimulating experience. Since I study European studies, therefore I am very interested in politics, and I am a europeist, I decided to spend some time volunteering in one of the countries that is facing one of the biggest anti-europeist and conservative waves across the European Union.

I chose this project because I believe it is important to show the youngest how many opportunities are waiting for them and how important it is to understand that borders are only social conventions, and that “the world was made up of this brotherhood of man”, like the 4 non blondes used to sing.

Hello, my name is Fien. I am 29 years old and I am from Belgium. I love to take initiative and love to have responsibility. These capacities were very useful in scouting, where I set up camp programs, different games, and activities. Organizing events and supporting others is really my thing. I have also done volunteer work posting on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I love to think of posts, make them, and schedule them. All this was good preparation for the volunteer work I do with Inpro now!

The most important aspect in doing a satisfying job, to me, is the human aspect. I like meeting new people and learning from them. This is why I have done many jobs as a volunteer, animating children and teaching them or helping them with homework. In my free time I love to be creative, which I also use in my job. Apart from that, I can also review things critically, be thorough and form an opinion based on facts. I have a broad vision and many interests, this combination of (seemingly) opposing qualities is my biggest strength.

Looking for challenges and opportunities is in my genes, so I meet those enthusiastically and bravely, even when there are bumps in the road. Actually, I am shamelessly idealistic, but I enjoy working hard and having original ideas. All these characteristics made me decide to go for this opportunity, I hope you decide to do so also in the future!

Hello, it is me, Alejandro! I am a 25 years old Spanish boy. I live in a medium-sized city town southeast of Spain. Whose name is Orihuela, that is a coastline city and the weather is very dry and hot.  I have studied sociology degree and I want to specialize in social statistics. I’m also focused on socio-environmental issues and in socio-politics, like electoral sociology.

One of the things I enjoy most is meeting new people and sharing knowledge and culture. It is a very nice way to learn and grow as a person. This project is perfect for that. This is the reason why I decided to take a gap year to come here. And so I could meet new people, improve my English and my social skills.

In my free time, I like to go to the mountains. I love to connect with nature by hiking. I also like to go camping with my friends to enjoy the environment and drink a few beers. I also enjoy going to music festivals. In these places, you can meet people of your style. Jumping and dancing at concerts are other of my passions. I encourage everyone to do such projects. All the participants come with positive vibes, a desire to help. All the people are empathetic and respectful. Here you can learn a lot and have a great time.

My name is Anne and I am 23 years old. I am from the Basque Country, a region in the north of Spain where we speak our own language (Basque). I am a Primary School teacher with a specialization in English and Sports. I really enjoy teaching people what I know. During summers I also work with children (and teenagers) as a summer camp assistant. I would describe myself as a very open-minded and sociable person. I like meeting new people and making friends. I also like traveling around the world because I think it is the best way to learn about new cultures, habits, etc.

I don’t like to stay at home, I am always up for a plan outside, so in my free time, I really like to hang out with my friends. If this doesn’t work, I also like to stay at home watching series or playing board games with my family. I also love sports (that’s why I am a sports teacher) and I especially like yoga. I started practicing it during lockdown 2020 and since then I became a fanatic, although I am still a beginner. My main goal in life is to teach children (and maybe not just children) the most important values for me: empathy, respect, and tolerance. If we all respected these values, the world would be a more beautiful place.

Salut! I am Chamsia, I am 25 and I am from Marseille (France) . I have a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences and I’ve been volunteering for a whole year in my hometown before attending different European programs. Through volunteering, I’ve been able to gain a lot of skills and knowledge about project management, international volunteering opportunities, the associative sector, and the field of youth work in general.

Then I’ve been able to attend Training Courses on different topics in Croatia, Belgium, Malta, and Turkey. Those experiences were really meaningful for me, I’ve learned A LOT, I’ve met amazing people from almost all Europe and I’ve discovered the diversity of this continent.

Now it’s time for me to try a new experience abroad as a short-term volunteer, I never thought I would spend 6 weeks in Poland before but … Challenge accepted!

It’s an opportunity for me to get out of my comfort zone and overcome my fears.

My name is Oleksandr 🇺🇦 I am from Ukraine and I am 20 years old. I was born in Kharkiv, one of the most beautiful parts of Ukraine. I study at the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture and my specialty is coaching. I have been doing sports since I was five, during this time I was multiple winners of the Ukrainian and other international competitions as well. I am a Master of Sports in BMX cycling. My work experience includes creating and performing BMX cycling training classes for children from 8 to 16 years old, as well as fitness training classes for teens from 14 to 20 years old.

I am also keen on graphic design, pharmacology, and methods of sports training. I have an understanding of how computer hardware and software works. In my free time, I read books, study training programs, watch various training, lectures, and podcasts. I am a very active and curious person, I like working in teams, making new acquaintances and I am happy to help other people. Working on this project can be another incredible way to contribute to the creation of something new, expand my horizons, and share my experiences and knowledge with others.

გამარჯობა/Dzień Dobry, this is Demuri (Demi) from Georgia, the country by the black sea in the Caucasus region. I studied Law at the Caucasus University in Tbilisi (Georgia) and graduated from university in 2020, afterwards, I spent an amazing year in Estonia and worked in a non-formal education youth center. For me, it is interesting to explore new places, meet new people, make friends worldwide, discover new delicious cuisines and learn new languages – which was one of the reasons to move here to Poland and exactly because of that I traveled to 29 countries so far.

I used to play rugby for about 9 years, therefore sport and a healthy lifestyle are related to my everyday life. Even though I studied, worked, and volunteered in several different projects, each of them gave me different but necessary skills which I believe will be useful here, during the activities. Being able to say that I made a beneficial impact on something big means a lot to me. I want to use this chance in Poland and do something that increases my self-confidence and at the same time, it is quite helpful for others. I believe that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses.

It is sometimes difficult for me to admit and reveal the details that are my pros and cons. As for the strong side, I want to mention that during my previous projects, team members and I worked together to achieve project goals. I have always preferred working in a group. I believe that my greatest strength is my ability to solve problems quickly. I can work well under pressure. Also, I’m sometimes pedantic,  obsessed with small details. This may be considered as a weakness.  Highly motivated environmentalist & nature lover.

Hello. I’m Salome, 24 years old from Tbilisi, Georgia. All my life I have been interested in Art History and studying different ancient cultures.  At this time, I am studying Modern and Contemporary Art history at the master’s level.

Also, I like creating Digital Art in Adobe Illustrator.

At this time I have my own jewelry brand “ROKAPI”, where I am the designer, social media manager, and founder. It is through this brand that I am able to realize my aspirations and interests.

I am Yerke. I was born and raised in the northern part of Kazakhstan and now it has been over a year since I moved to Poland to take my bachelor’s degree in the Aviation Management department.

I am interested in a wide range of things, so I am always open to different topics. In 19 years of my life, this is my third Erasmus+ project and I intend to continue seeking new opportunities as a member of ESC.

Regardless of the fact that this is my second project at INPRO Association, meeting new people from different countries is always a great experience that needs to be taken. Observing improvements INPRO made in the meantime, it is a great pleasure to work with the organization again.

Hello! My name is Hayk. I am from Armenia and I live in Abovyan. Abovyan is a small city close to Yerevan. I want to mention that Yerevan is the capital of Armenia.

I have studied at the French University of Armenia in the faculty of Management. During my studies, I have studied the French language that is the most beautiful language in the world. During my studies I passed an Internship in the “Acba Bank” as result for me working in a bank is the most boring thing you can do in this world. After my academic career, I got employed in the “Atenk Meat Product” as an accountant. In 2018 I participated in the 17th Francophonie summit which took place in Armenia. I carried out organizational and management work as well as hosted and supported foreign presidential delegations. For my participation, I received a license of thanks from Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia: T. Avinyan. During this internship, I got a chance to communicate with foreign delegations as the delegation of Canada, France,  Monaco, etc. Now I want to talk about my character. The first thing that I want to mention is my kindness but when someone abuses it I become cruel. I would also like to highlight the fact that I enjoy teamwork, meet challenges and make the best possible use of the opportunities. Finally, I think I am a very friendly person. Like anyone, I also have hobbies however I do have not much time to spend my time on it. I like to spend my leisure time playing PlayStation or listening to music but I don’t like to be on social media much more I prefer to go the walk with friends or go to the pub than stay at home and surf the Internet. To say short I Iove real life. I have finished talking about myself thank you for your attention.

My name is Dilnaz. I am 19 and I am from a small city called “Kokshetau” in Kazakhstan. I am currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in International Management faculty at UITM in Rzeszów, Poland.  There are three words that describe me the best – friendly, joyful, and reliable. I am really into any kind of movies, series, and music. If you need someone who will support all your crazy ideas and can talk for hours, just text me _dlnzslmnv_(Instagram).

I consider myself to be adaptable, open-minded, and responsible. I always crave exploring and experimenting and I really enjoy spending time with others. I am enthusiastic about developing new ideas and meeting new people. Taking a part in the “INPRO Association” is an excellent opportunity for me to learn about different cultures and to gain a lot of experience.

Merhaba! My name is Sinem. I am 23 years old. I was born in Turkey but I have double nationality: one of both Greek other one is Turk. I graduated in Biomedical Engineering from Afyon Kocatepe University this summer. I love watching movies and reading books. In addition, sports are my everything. I have been interested in different sport since I was a child. My favorites are skiing and volleyball.

Since I have Greek citizenship, I go to Greece all the time, but other than that, I haven’t been able to visit many countries except London. I think this project will be a start for that. Getting to know people, cultures and improving myself is the other good part of this Project.

So what is this Project? This is an Erasmus+ ESC Project. The name is Time’s Up Team Up! We are volunteer members coming from different countries for this Project. We do the task arranged for us every week and have fun at the same time. In this way, we introduce our cultures to each other. I am so happy to be part of the project. I already love Rzeszow. I hope to collect many memories and friends.

Hi everyone, my name is Eloïse, I’m 20 and I am from a small town in the north of France near the sea called « Herbinghen ». I study International and European law for two years at the University of Lille. In 202, I was supposed to go to Montreal in Canada to finish my degree but it was canceled due to the pandemic. I was really sad but I decided to take this event as an opportunity to take a gap year to travel. During this year, I want to try new things and get out of my comfort zone. I think that volunteering abroad with other people from all over the world is the best way to meet new people and discover new places.

In my free time, I like watching movies and series, cooking, meeting my friends, reading books, and swimming. I also love to learn new languages. That’s why I would love to improve my German and start to learn Italian in the future. Travelling is also one of my hobbies. I’m really happy to be part of the « Time’s up ! Team up ! » volunteering project in Rzeszów to meet new people, discover new cultures, improve my language skills and experience new things. To me, experiences abroad like this one are more formative than school and can really shape a person. It’s only the third day of this project but I can already feel changes and I know this volunteering will be amazing. This project will probably be the first of a long list of experiences abroad!

Cześć! I’m Jonathan, a 27-year-old volunteer from Brussels, the capital of Europe. I am of both European and African descent whereby I can also call Swaziland my home. My main hobbies are not limited to beer, food, and traveling. I also have a keen interest in art, history, and running. Prior to volunteering with INPRO, I worked professionally for 4 years in multinational firms. Before working professionally I decided to go on a limb and travel the world. Thereby I ended up in Guatemala where I had my very first long-term volunteering experience whereby I assisted children with special needs.

I have visited Poland on several occasions and it is one of my preferred countries in Europe. I hope to move here in the near future to pursue my studies doing European Politics and Economics at the University of Warsaw. In the current political and sociological climate battling stigmas, promoting European diversity and solidarity is more important than ever! I decided to come and volunteer in Rzeszów because it is one of the more conservative, not particularly cosmopolitan, and less economically developed regions of Poland. So I’m here to spice things up a little and to give back to the community. If we don’t take the step to shaping our future, no one will. Always remember: Sharing is caring!

What’s up, guys? My name is Vladimir and I am from Zaporizhzhia. This is Southern Ukraine.

I am finishing my studies as a marketer, I design and sell clothing, shoot ads.  I’m 21 and already have my own office. Why did I decide to become a volunteer?

Because volunteering is a chance to become part of a team of very bright people who are motivated by ideas to change the world. And people driven by ideas, not money, are always a great source of interest. Being in such a society, it is impossible not to develop. All from different countries, from different cultures, even from different continents, but all united by one idea. It’s amazing. Also, the concept, that you help someone, although you don´t know him/her makes me feel that this world is still a nice place for living.

I have already met so many amazing people because of volunteering and I am really happy and thankful for it 🙂

Hi, my name is Quyen and I am from Vietnam. Now I am a second-year student in Aviation Management.

I used to do lots of charity work when I was in Vietnam. But when I came to Poland and became a volunteer at INPRO, that’s actually different. I met a lot of amazing friends of different ages, from different countries, we worked together, played together, and had unforgettable experiences.

Moreover, I have learned a lot thanks to workshops: photography, personal development… Volunteering has changed me a lot: more sociable, more friendly, and I don’t hesitate to talk with strangers anymore. That’s why I decided to join this project again, to meet new people, and create a great time together.
