International Projects’ Association „INPRO” has started the realization of the project

“No! to human trafficking in Podkarpackie”

Timeline:
1.09.2014 – 30.11.2014

The goal:
To raise awareness among local communities in Podkarpackie voivodeship regarding the global problem of human trafficking that exists also in our region. The project is focused on students, NGOs’ representatives as well as middle schools’, high schools’ and university teachers.

Activities:
The project offered two-day long trainings for every target group completely free of charges. They were concentrated on anti-human trafficking.

Participants of the trainings were provided with room and board as well.  The trainings were delivered in English. The trainer assistant who speaks Polish provided eventual translation for participants.

Claudiu Schwartz

Authorized psychologist, specialized in assisting victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. He has a BA in Special Education and MA in Clinical Psychology – Post traumatic stress syndrome in victims of human trafficking. He has written and published a series of scientific articles; he has been a keynote speaker at several international conferences and he has delivered trainings on the issue of human trafficking to specialists and people interested in this field from Romania and abroad (volunteers, students, teachers, scholars).
