INPRO international experiences

We are not focused only on local activities. Our team also regulary participates in international seminars, trainings and projects. It is an investment in our human resources, which not only develops our members but also helps us to expand our network of foreign partners. Thanks to financial support of Erasmus Plus programme, organizers cover expenses related to travel as well as provide participants with free accommodation and board during the project.

“Put on Your Gender Glasses!” Estonia October 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO is a partner of  MTÜ Kalliralli for the “Put on your gender glasses!” project. The project aims to empower youth workers to question their personal gender assumptions, to apply gender dimension to their youth work and youth activities, and to contribute to more inclusive and gender just societies through non-formal education methods.

“Strengthening Youth Capacity for Conflict Management and Peace-Building” | Armenia August 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO is a partner of More Mosaic and Armenian Progressive Youth for the “Strengthening Youth Capacity for Conflict Management and Peace-Building” project. The project gathers youth workers and activists from EU and non-EU countries to facilitate a discussion on common unity factors, how to practice non-violent communication and to share practical tools on conflict management and transformation.

United for Better Results | La Moule, Guadeloupe – February 2018

International Projects’ Association INPRO is a partner of  ECLAT for the “United for better results “ youth exchange. The Aim of the youth exchange is to raise awareness regarding the importance of youth civic engagement and providing international opportunities in order for the project’s participants to perform in the future, both personally and professionally. The project is financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

The youth exchange will take place in Le Moule, Guadeloupe, for 14 days  in February 2018.

“Fostering Gender Equality through Youth Empowerment and Gender Mainstreaming in Youth Work” | Armenia and United Kingdom

International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of Armenian Progressive Youth NGO and New International Company of Live Arts for the “Fostering Gender Equality through Youth Empowerment and Gender Mainstreaming in Youth Work” project. This project consisted in a training course in Armenia and a study visit to the UK.

WoM – Waves of Migration

INPRO is a partner organization for the “WoM – Waves of Migration” project which is organized and coordinated by the Youth Work Services of Seinäjoki.

The project will gather 24 participants  from Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Finland.

WoM is a training course designed to explain and develop deeper understanding about migration in nowadays world. The main aim of the training course is to develop youth workers/leaders competences in the field of migration to give them proper tools and methods to help young people to adapt with the situation of high migration level in all its aspects.

“Intercultural Education and Youth Work for More Inclusive Europe” | Armenia and Lithuania

INPRO is a partner of Armenian Progressive Youth NGO and Youth to Youth Initiative for the “ Intercultural Education and Youth Work for More Inclusive Europe ” project. This project consists of a Training Course in Lithuania and a Study Visit to Armenia which will be gathering 36 youth workers and staff members of Civil Society organizations.

The project is financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

The training will take place on 3 to 11 of September in Lithuania and on 15 to 22 of October in Armenia. More information soon. Read more...


Youth Workers for More Inclusive Europe | Armenia, June 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of  APY Armenia Progressive Youth for the “ Youth Workers for More Inclusive Europe” training course. This project aimed to provide youth workers with knowledge and skills in addressing inclusion in Europe in order to organise qualitative projects and activities that ensure equal support, participation and learning. The project was financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

The Training Course  took place from 19 to 25 of June 2017 in Yerevan, Armenia.

Wake up. Act. Change | Tõstamaa, Estonia June 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of MTÜ Kalliralli for the “ Wake up. Act. Change” training course. This project aimed to empower and enable youth workers and youth leaders in order to increase the level and quality of youth participation in their societies. It also aimed to exchange best practices for maximising youth participation in the decision-making process and for engaging young people in solving social problems around them. The project was financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

The Training Course took place from 26 June to 2 July 2017 in Tõstamaa, Estonia.

YEE-nclude: inclusion in environmental youth projects | Czech Republic, April 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of  Youth and Environment Europe (YEE) for the YEE-nclude: inclusion in environmental youth projects. This project provided youth workers with knowledge and skills in addressing inclusion in order to organize quality environmental projects and activities that ensure equal support, participation, and learning. The project was financed by Erasmus Plus programme and by European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.

The project took place in Horažďovice, Czech Republic, 2-9 of April, 2017.

Conflict vs Connection | Armenia, April 2017

International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of APY Armenia Progressive Youth for  the “Conflict vs. Connection: A Practical Training for Young Peace-builders” project. The course focused on diversity, conflict transformation and empathic communication. The project was financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

Developing Cultural Competency | Wales, December 2016

In December 2016,  International Projects’ Association INPRO was a partner of Act Global in the “Developing cultural competency” project. The project aimed at supporting participants in developing tools for inter-cultural learning and how to be effective in cross-cultural communication. The project was financed by Erasmus Plus programme.

Trainers against Discrimination | Germany, Georgia, Croatia, July – December 2015

In 2015,  International Projects’ Association INPRO partnered with Creative Development Center (CDC) for a project called “Trainers Against Discrimination.” The project was implemented in 4 phases. The training course aimed at developing participant’s skills and competences, as well as creating a simulation game on the issue of discrimination, with particular attention on minorities.  International Projects’ Association INPRO and Tesori D’Etruria partnered together for the “Y.E.S. U.S. –Youth Empowerment and Self EntrepreUrShip” project. The project paid special attention to youth unemployment and took place in Castiglione in Teverina (Italy) from 14 th to 21 November 2015.
